double major in Language Arts & Communications from Marshall
University; M.R.E. in Education & Theology from the Southern Baptist
Theological Seminary; Certified Recognition Specialist (ARA).
Free-lance writer for
several industry magazines.
Seminar Instructor:
Sublimation, laser
engraving, Corel Draw, and marketing.
Business & Personal: He first entered the awards and
engraving industry in 1989, after serving nearly 25 years as a Southern
Baptist minister in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. He continues to
teach Bible in a local church.
Steve and his wife, Kathy, have two
daughters, both grown. Steve currently owns and operates
Recognition Concepts which has two divisions: Awards by
Recognition Concepts, primarily an industrial engraving company and
Video Classroom, a distributor of educational books and videos for the
sign, vinyl, screen printing, sublimation and engraving industries. |
